Pamba Bikepark is a community-driven mountain bike and outdoor park in Ascázubi, Cayambe (Ecuador), with panoramic views of the Cayambe volcano. We turned an existing initiative into a living brand system that aligns trails, signage, web, merch, and comms around one promise: thrilling, safe progression in nature. Activities include enduro, downhill, XC, trail running, hiking, camping, geocaching, and permaculture.
The challenge
Pamba had energy on the ground but fragmented expression online and on site. We needed to unify identity and wayfinding so that the experience riders feel on the trail—adrenaline, curiosity, reconnection, and wellbeing—is clear from the first touchpoint and scales to new lines, events, and partners.
The insight
Our audience isn’t chasing danger; they’re chasing safe progression. If the brand translates the rhythm of the trail into clear language (levels, features, flow) and a welcoming tone, riders plan better, share proudly, and return often—bringing friends. Pamba’s archetype blend—Explorer + Friend + Hero—guides that voice: adventurous, communal, and achievement-oriented.
